There is no history here, just a fresh start going back to basics. I care about delivering complex transformation in a legislated, digital world, but I\u0026rsquo;m just as interested in how we deliver: the operating models, ways of working and the especially the behaviours that determine whether change actually lands and, more generally, how we work together.\nAway from work I\u0026rsquo;m a fairly eclectic mix. I follow Formula 1, play golf, paint Warhammer (slowly!) and, am a regular Parkrun runner. Dabbling in photography along the way. I\u0026rsquo;m also a bit of a nerd for digital stuff - currently tinkering with code (see this website) and learning to leverage AI safely and ethically.
