Weeknotes: 03 Oct 26

What I’ve been doing
#

I haven’t posted a weeknote at all in September since getting back from holiday and while it has been quite an intense few weeks, there have also been plenty of opportunities to enjoy and realise how lucky I really am. So here is the last couple of week’s weeknote as a few pictures instead of the more traditional weeknote (whatever that even is).

Looking back from the 10th hole at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club on a sunny autumn day

As autumn approaches, we have been lucky in visiting the golf course and getting spoiled with fantastic weather. This is a picture looking back from the 10th hole at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club.

Mum and Dad standing in front of a large dragon sculpture at a garden centre

September also saw my mum turning 80. Mum has been through a lot and I am eternally grateful that both Mum and Dad are happy and healthy while also living close by.

My grandson and me sitting in the cockpit of a vintage aircraft at South Wales Aviation Museum

As a bit of an aeroplane geek that used to fly, I have wanted to take our grandson to an aviation museum and there is one on our doorstep; South Wales Aviation Museum. He (and Opa and Oma) had a blast and will no doubt be returning.
